What Do You Think?

Unlike the informal polls on this blog, Greenbrier homeowners now get the chance to complete a survey that goes directly to management. When I picked up today's mail, I noticed that J & H is now interested in soliciting feedback from homeowners regarding conditions in the park and park management staff. This is very encouraging, and I urge EVERYONE to participate. When writing your answers, please keep in mind that the letter accompanying this survey states that they “want to know how we have been doing in meeting your needs and expectations this last year.” It is important that we all consider our experiences over the past 12 months, not just issues that may have come up in the past several weeks.

Make sure you keep a copy of your completed survey and any attachments for your records. Please note that J & H is requiring responses to be submitted on the form they provided with the letter (no photocopies), so if you find that 2 lines is not enough space for your answer, be sure to staple your additional pages to the actual form so your comments will all be counted.

I hope all homeowners will take advantage of this opportunity to express their opinions about ways to improve conditions in the park, our quality of life and, of course, our property values.
