HOA Meeting: Tuesday 8/12, 6:30 p.m.

Note earlier time, 6:30 p.m., in order to accommodate Barbara Wallace, Crime Prevention Specialist from the Santee Sheriff's Station, who will discuss setting up a Neighborhood Watch Program.

In addition to Barbara's presentation, regular HOA business to discuss will include:

  • Manager’s Update
  • Status of “Meet and Consult” Letter to Management, status of management’s responses
  • HOA corporate and tax compliance
