Greenbrier Gardens Homeowners' Association

The HOA represents the residents of Greenbrier Gardens in all matters pertaining to their relationship and/or dealings with the owners of the park, including but not limited to negotiation of disputes and institution of legal proceedings if required.

This blog was developed to offer a forum for information sharing among park residents, and to provide information about advocacy resources and state & local laws that afford protection to mobilehome owners.

Santee Mobilehome Owners Action Committee Meeting: November 3, 10:00 a.m.

The Santee Mobilehome Owners Action Committee (SMOAC) will meet on Saturday, November 3 at 10:00 a.m., at Edgemoor Hospital, 9065 Edgemoor Drive in Santee. (The group meets in the Canteen, look for the parked cars south of the Polo Barn.)

All mobilehome residents in the City of Santee are invited to attend. First-time attendees receive a free coupon for a personal computer consultation in your home.

Santee City Councilman Brian Jones will be speaking to the group. Councilman Jones is running for Congressman Duncan Hunter's seat in the 52nd District of the U.S. House of Representatives.
