The HOA represents the residents of Greenbrier Gardens in all matters pertaining to their relationship and/or dealings with the owners of the park, including but not limited to negotiation of disputes and institution of legal proceedings if required.
This blog was developed to offer a forum for information sharing among park residents, and to provide information about advocacy resources and state & local laws that afford protection to mobilehome owners.
“It is the intent of the Legislature to ensure that homeowners and residents of mobilehome parks have the right to peacefully assemble and freely communicate with one another and with others with respect to mobilehome living or for social or educational purposes.” California Civil Code § 798.50

MEETINGS
The HOA meets bi-monthly on the second Tuesdays of February, April, June, August, October and December. Meetings are held at 7:00 p.m. in the Clubhouse. Special meetings may also be called upon advance written notice.
