Ship Shape!

When I left this morning, I had no idea I would be greeted with this on my answering machine when I got home tonight:

“The pool area is ship-shape immaculate! Everything is ship-shape in the Clubhouse. I couldn’t be more impressed with the pool area and all guest parking is sitting empty. It looks awesome.”

I am now just back from witnessing the transformation first-hand, and I am impressed and encouraged. I am glad I was able to get over there before it got completely dark. The pool area is the cleanest I have ever seen it. The chairs are clean and neatly arranged.

The kitchen looks fabulous! I wish these photos could convey how clean the area smelled but, alas, that technology has not yet been developed.

I commend Carlos and Claudia for their efforts. It really looks fabulous, and this is an excellent step toward restoring pride in Greenbrier for all homeowners. THANK YOU!!!

I now call on each and every one of us to do our part to keep it tidy. While the park staff should provide an appropriate level of janitorial services, we all must pick up after ourselves. They are not our personal maid service. If everyone took care to leave everything better than we found it, our community will keep looking better and better.

The common areas do look a lot better. I am wondering when the construction will be completed on the road. Does anyone know why there is a cement mixer parked in visitor parking?
